  • Ensure you are signed up for the Mercedes me Connect Services on your vehicle.
  • Activate the Accident & Breakdown Management in Mercedes me App.  This feature is available on MY18 to current vehicles, including MY21 and newer Sprinter and commercial vans.

Here’s what to expect:
