Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!
It is my pleasure to introduce to you our new Mercedes Benz Oakville E Newsletter! June marks our first edition and we hope that everyone will find something fun/ informative in this and, future editions. It is our goal to provide you with a quick read on current Sales, Service and Parts offerings ,unique product profiles as well as other dealership news and information that is important to know!
June is also a milestone in a couple other ways. Unbelievably, it marks the half way point of 2026…. already….can you believe it?? It also marks my 6 month point as the new General Manager here at Mercedes Benz Oakville and a busy 6 months it has been! The Team has been extremely busy over the first 6 months learning and implementing some new sales and service processes designed to make your experience at Mercedes Benz Oakville second to none! For those of you that have serviced with us in the last couple months you will notice that you are receiving videos and pictures from our amazing Tech Team of your vehicle when they are doing inspections / work. This process is designed to provide you with clear and transparent understanding of the condition of your Mercedes Benz. A picture says a thousand words! You may also have been contacted via text from “Ava”, our new AI service consultant! Ava does an outstanding job reaching out via text and email about appointments and specials! She can even book your appointment in most case so keep an eye out for her name! We also have ramped up our amazing Mobile Service Unit where we can come to your home or office and do some repairs right on site! These are just a few of the improvements that we hope you will find time saving and make your experience at Mercedes Benz Oakville even better!
The other big thing that we have done in 2026 is get back into the community. I grew up in Oakville and I remember this dealership way back when it was Meray Motors. As a kid, I used to eat at the Kentucky Fried Chicken which is now our Pre-Owned lot! The dealership has deep history in Oakville and we cherish that. In 2026, we are now the proud associate sponsor of the Concert Series at the Oakville Performing Arts Centre, we are the Title Sponsor of the Bronte Harbour 5K Race happening on Father Day ( June 21)!, we will have a presence at the amazing and delicious Oakville Rib Fest Event, we are a Platinum Sponsor for the Oakville Galleries event happening in September at Gairloch Gardens, and, we are also a proud sponsor for the Queens of the Court fund raising event in support of Community Living Oakville. These are just a few ways that we are trying to give back to our community and support the amazing town that Oakville is! We could not do that without you and I want to thank you all for your continued support and patronage.
