I picked up the GLK 350 from Andrew yesterday morning. I greatly appreciate having the bumper restored to its as-new appearance and think that the repair work associated with transformation is most remarkable. I am very pleased with the outcome and I have certainly been very impressed with the staff reception and the service provided by the Collision Center throughout. Really quite outstanding. …Troy and his team, especially Peter, have been exceptional, in getting the car up to the safety standards, fixing all the issues we identified that needed work. They are now working on the emissions standards and I am confident that will get resolved. Troy has been working at this since the end of June, he has done the tests, communicated with the Government, including the Grey Market team, thats another story, and has kept me in the loop in all of this. Troy has demonstrated endless amount of patience, professionalism,customer relationship skills, with respect to myself and this car as we get things sorted out. I did not ever think this was going to be so time consuming and in all of this Troy has been brilliant. By now any other garage would have washed their hands of this, told me to get the car and have a nice day…
The Service is Great… The Staff at Mercedes treat me as though I am a friend. They know me personally. Know my car needs . Make the time to inquire as to how I am. Share a bit of their own life making my Service visit very pleasant an a time that I actually look forward to, so that I can catch up with everyone. They ask me about my driving experiences and how the vehicle is handling which helps to alert me of anything that I might need to be aware of for the future. The Sweet Treats offered in the Waiting area are just delicious. That in itself, makes the waiting room so much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Phil Hansford my Service Advisor he has a way of making me so comfortable that I forget I have a bill to pay. Thank You Everyone!
