I'd say about as good as any experience I've ever had with a dealership. Purchased a "used" 2018 C43 with 1200 Kms on it.Staff was friendly and noone was pushy in the sales process. Came away with a deal that was pretty good and love the car.Only compliant I really have was with the after purchase support. The model I purchased had the Designo leather seats, something I considered a negative as I had seen a handful of reports on the internet that it didn't wear terribly well. But the salesman assured me in years of selling it there had never been a problem like that.Well what do you know, the very afternoon I took it home this $5k leather upgrade started peeling. Immediately sent pictures to the dealership and asked what to do and was told they could set me up with a leather repair person at my expense.Spent a month with a plastic shopping bag on my seat as the problem was caused by friction between my jeans and the seat while sitting down. Ultimately bought a $20 seat cover off Amazon and that has been enough to keep the problem in check.So while I'm giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt on this one and only knocking 1 star, if you buy from here and experience a problem, expect to have to deal with it yourself. Sadly that's still significantly better then my previous dealership experiences, so it's hard to get mad over. But don't buy anything with designo leather if you can help it.As an aside, I purchased my car insurance online and replaced my existing vehicle with the new one. Somehow in this process the start date for the new insurance became the expiration date of my existing policy not the purchase date of the new car.So I showed up, brought my paperwork to take possession of the car in May 2019 with an insurance card that showed my insurance wasn't starting until November 2019 and noone noticed there either.Wasn't until a month later I was waiting for an appointment and going through some papers in the glove box and noticed the error. That I had been driving around for a whole month uninsured. Immediately resolved the problem in the parking lot, then and there. But I would suggest working with your after sales staff to ensure checking these things.My mistake and not trying to pass it off as anything but maybe go over training with the team to ensure they are checking details on things like this.

Great sales experience from beginning to end. Our sales consultant was Chadi Hasan. Extremely nice, straight forward and knows his products well. He even guided us in getting rid of our current lease to get into a new Mercedes-Benz. Can't say enough good things about him. Delivery was done by Nikos, another great gentleman. We drove all the way from Woodbridge to Oakville because of very poor customer service experience at Maple Mercedes-Benz. We checked 2 other dealerships in the process but in the end came back to Oakville. It was definitely worth the drive. Will definitely recommend Chadi and Oakville Mercedes-Benz to all my family and friends and looking forward to future purchases.
