We purchased a new MB A250 4MATIC in February and have been extremely pleased with our experience at the Oakville dealership, all the way from the warm welcome we received from Michelle at the reception desk to the vehicle delivery a few days later. Chadi Hasan, from sales was super helpful, patient and courteous, very knowledgeable, too. Chadi and his Sales Manager Roy went out of their way to assist with our order, even after hours on a Saturday evening! Paul, Financial Services Manager was very responsive and diligent. On delivery night, Nick walked us through all the steps with a lot of patience. All in all, a great team I would recommend to anyone looking for a Mercedes. We have owned several MB vehicles over the years in Europe and Canada, and were overall always satisfied with the way the dealerships have treated us. We must say though that MB Oakville team has surpassed the other dealerships we bought from in the past. Thank you all, with a special kudos to Chadi!

We recently purchased our new family ride from Mercedes Benz Oakville. We had a very pleasant and smooth sales experience with Adi ( Aditiya Rampal). From test drive to sell and to deliver, all communications were on time, accurate and helpful. We were treated like family. Delivery experience was excellent, Niko made it simple and on time. After sales service is amazing. Adi and Niko are always very prompt in support even after the purchase. It was nice to hear from Adi and Niko after the purchase, to see how are we liking our new family SUV.. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Oakville and happily rating 5 star ! Thank you for everything.
Charged over $200 to reset lights (plug in tablet and push a button) for diesel exhaust fluid (bad sensor, wasn't out of fluid) on car covered by standard AND extended warrenty. This dealership is an insult to Mercedes Benz and will charge you to spit in your face.Edit for response: This is a sad attempt to save face, I was there a day prior to refill the adblue and then I had to come back the next day with the issue unresolved, after leaving my vehicle with the service team for hours. I didn't "mis-maintain" my new vehicle covered under factory and extended warrenty. I was told by the service advisor he wouldn't even TRY to send the bill to the warrenty team because "he knew it would bounce" (even though faulty sensor are clearly warrenty) and upon looking at the actual bill, he never even changed the sensor, just plugged in the scanner and reset the lights. Charged for 2 hours of work which in reality is 5 minutes that should have been covered. Mb Canada woul be disgusted at the way customers are treated here, and all other local dealers would never operate like that.
